These are some of the most common questions about our services.

All of our websites come with a 100% money-back guarantee. Here's how it works:

After ordering a new website, you will automatically get access to our client dashboard. Here you will be asked to submit additional information about your goals, needs, and preferences, and have a chance to upload any branding material and images.

Once we have all the information we need, we will start working on creating an initial draft version of your website. This version will already feature your customized design and branding along with placeholder content – so what's still missing is the final content and of course any smaller adjustments to the design.

Upon seeing this initial draft version of your website, you have three choices:

a. Accept the design and allow us to add content and start the finetuning.

b. Reject the design and request a completely new version (you can do this up to two times).

c. Reject the design and cancel your order.

If you decide to cancel your order, or if we don't manage to provide a design that meets your expecations on the third try, then we will issue a 100% refund immediately – no questions asked.

If you do accept one of our designs, then we trust that you are happy with your website design and thus won't require a refund. Of course, this also requires us to do a good job with the finishing and ensure that the website runs smoothly.

The turnaround time for our websites heavily depends on the scope of your project. As a rule of thumb, here are some rough estimations:

Professional:

  • 1-3 pages:  5 working days or less.
  • 4+ pages: 10 working days or less.

E-commerce:

  • 1-5 pages & 1-10 products:  10 working days or less.
  • 6+ pages or 10+ products: 10-20 working days.

Premium:

  • Depends on the specifics – we will provide a personalized estimate on request.

We aim to serve as many clients, countries, and industries as possible. That said, we reserve the right to reject companies in adult entertainment and gambling, and any clients from sanctioned countries (e.g. North Korea).

Upon ordering a Wundersite you will get an account with our client portal and access to your personal wundersites dashboard.

From there, you can review, order, and track all of our additional services.

We highly value brand loyalty and thus we do not provide any services to external clients at the moment.

All of our websites are built using Elementor Pro on WordPress. Additionally, we rely on various other tools to enhance security (Wordfence), speed (litespeed, Nitropack, Cloudflare), and more.

Maintenance & Hosting.

These are some of the most common questions about our management, hosting, and maintenance services.

If you notice any unusual things such as errors or downtime, please inform our support immediately by opening a ticket in your client dashboard, emailing support@wundersites.com, or starting a chat with one of our agents.

Our technical team is on stand-by 24/7 for cases like this and we will work immediately to get these issues resolved.

All clients relying on our full management service will get a free 2h website adjustment retainer (p.a.). This is typically enough to make any small changes to website content once in a while without any additional charge.

If your website requires regular updates then you can always update your retainer plan in your client dashboard.

If you need us to design additional pages or add technical features to your website, then we will charge accordingly.

Our Ultimate hosting plan uses Stratic by Elementor, which is arguably the best, fastest, and most security WordPress hosting on the market suited towards successful brand with high web traffic.

Our internal security protocols are designed to minimize risk to any external threat, whether it's hacking, social engineering, or other.

Additionally, all of our website come with a free Wordfence installation, the leading security plugin for WordPress sites. 

Finally, clients that require additional security measures can choose to upgrade their security plan for even higher standards and paid security subscriptions.

Absolutely, we can transfer any web-design built by us to a hosting provider of your choice for a transfer fee of €149.

Payment & Billing.

These are some of the most common questions about our payment & billing options.

Currently we offer payment through international bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Wise, and Revolut. If you prefer a different payment please reach out to support@wundersites.com and we will try our best to accomodate you.

Since all of our websites come with a 100% money-back guarantee we generally do not accept payment after delivery. If you're worried about payment then we suggest to pay via PayPal to benefit from their complementary customer protection.

Whether or not you will have to pay VAT depends on your current location and business type. Here's a quick overview:

  • Businesses or individuals not based in the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada, Asia): you will not be charged VAT.
  • Businesses based in the European Union (excl. Cyprus): you will not be charged VAT if you provide a valid VAT number during checkout.
  • Individuals based in the European Union: you will be charged VAT.
  • Businesses or individuals based in Cyprus: you will be charged VAT but you can claim it back from the tax office if you are a registered business.
